The Leadership Edge™
A yearlong regenerative leadership journey for women who are ready to lead from truth, rhythm, and belonging.
Somewhere along the way, leadership became lonely.
You learned how to hold more, carry more, and be more visible, often without a place to land.
The Leadership Edge™ is a space to come back into right relationship with your leadership.
Not by fixing yourself, but by belonging with others who are walking a similar edge.
This is a yearlong group journey for women who are done leading the old way, feeling alone, and ready to lead from their whole selves.
What This Space Is
The Leadership Edge™ is a 12-month collective for women expanding visibility, responsibility, and impact, without abandoning their bodies, values, or inner truth.
This journey centers:
- Belonging over performance
- Rhythm over urgency
- Presence over pressure
- Integrity over image
We work at the level of identity, nervous system, leadership embodiment, and lived practice, not surface strategy.
Who This Is For
This space is for you if:
- You’ve already done a lot of inner work, and know leadership is now asking for embodiment
- You’re visible (or becoming visible) and want to stay rooted in yourself as you expand
- You’re tired of navigating leadership alone
- You want a place where you don’t have to explain yourself or perform competence
- You’re ready for mentorship, structure, and community that honors your lived experience
Many women arrive here after other containers.
Others step directly into this work.
There is no required path, only readiness for this season.

The exact shape of this journey is intentionally spacious, designed to evolve with the cohort.
What remains consistent over 12-months is:
Regular group gatherings - for learning, sharing, group coaching, integration (replays always available)
Ongoing relational support & connection
Embodied regenerative leadership practices
Awareness & Integration of each member's unique Human Design
A shared commitment to truth, regulation, and regenerative impact
