I’m Meghan B. Craig, regenerative leadership advisor and founder of The Regenerative Edge™.

For over 20 years, I’ve led within climate, sustainability, and social impact systems in roles that carried real responsibility, complexity, and consequence.

I know what it means to hold impact at scale.
I also know what it costs when leadership becomes performance instead of alignment.

This work was born at my own threshold.
