This journey is guided by my proprietary leadership operating system: The Regenerative Edge Method™, a 3‑phase framework for women leading the future of people and planet.

It is informed by:

  • 20+ years in climate and social‑impact leadership

  • Woman‑centered coaching

  • The New Human Design as a leadership development tool

  • Regenerative systems and nature‑based leadership

  • My lived experience of burnout, thresholds, and renewal

This method is the engine behind every offer I create, and it shapes how this year unfolds.

How This Journey Works

Over 12 months, you’ll move through three distinct phases, each designed to support your evolution from internal fog to embodied, visible leadership.

The container will evolve with the group through co‑creation, reflection, and lived leadership practice.

Phase 1: Reconnect

Return to yourself

Primary Outcome: You stop spiraling and start seeing clearly from a grounded, embodied place.

We begin with an 8-week First Edge: Foundations. This is a grounding, integrative beginning that establishes the foundation and north star for the entire year.

This phase is about:

  • Returning to yourself beneath roles, expectations, and conditioning

  • Reconnecting with your intuition, body, and inner truth

  • Clarifying what no longer fits, without rushing to fix it

  • Establishing a regenerative rhythm for how you lead and live

  • Introducing the NEW Human Design and regenerative leadership as tools for self‑study and expansion

Phase 2: Realign

Inner truth meets lived reality 

Primary Outcome: You trust your own decision-making again, without needing external validation or constant reassurance.

This phase supports the transition through the Alignment & Integration Edges to release outdated stories, identities, patterns, and redesign of how you lead.

This phase is about:

  • Composting old success scripts and performance‑based conditioning

  • Rebuilding trust in your own rhythm and decision‑making

  • Aligning your energy, boundaries, and strategies with truth

  • Recalibrating life, work, and leadership systems

  • Strengthening self‑leadership and internal authority

Phase 3: Rise

Embodied leadership in motion 

Primary Outcome: You lead visibly and confidently without performance, over-functioning, or depletion.

This phase supports the shift into the Visibility Edge, supporting your emergence as a visible, grounded, regenerative leader.

This phase is about:

  • Translating insight into courageous, aligned action

  • Developing leadership presence, voice, and expression

  • Defining visibility in and on your terms

  • Redefining power
  • Leading without performance or depletion

  • Expanding impact while sustaining yourself

Regular live, virtual group sessions (90ish minutes, ~3x/month) 

Three 1:1 sessions with Meghan, with the option to add more

About Your Guide

Hi, I’m Meghan B. Craig, regenerative leadership advisor and founder of The Regenerative Edge™.

I’ve spent over 20 yearleading within climate, sustainability, and social impact systems in roles and environments that often asked for more than they gave back.

This work exists because I believe in a thriving, diverse planet and in the ripple each of us makes through the way we lead. Like many women in impact spaces, I reached a point where pushing harder no longer created change. Listening differently, within, changed everything.

Now, I guide women not from theory, but from lived experience, grounded frameworks, and deep respect for your inner authority. Because becoming a different kind of leader isn’t about performance or productivity.
