About me and the work
Hi, I’m Meghan.
Leadership is not something we do.
It's how we relate - to ourselves, to others, and to uncertainty.
I work at the point where leadership stops working the way it used to.
Where disruption turns inward,
and leaders begin to lead differently.
I work with leaders at the edge of change.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked within and alongside leaders shaping organizations, systems, and outcomes across climate and social impact.
From executive leadership to cross-sector collaboration, I’ve been in rooms where decisions carry real weight for people, for systems, and for what comes next.
And I’ve seen a pattern.
Leaders who are capable, trusted, and deeply responsible… find themselves in moments where what once worked no longer does.
Not just in themselves, but in their teams, their organizations, and the systems they’re part of.
I’ve been in those moments too.
Trying to push through.
Trying to find the answer.
Trying to lead the way I thought I was supposed to.
Until I realized...
These weren’t problems to solve.
They were thresholds.
What I see
What most leaders experience in these moments isn’t personal failure.
It’s a reflection of leadership models that can no longer hold the complexity of what’s being asked.
I see leaders
Carry responsibility
that was never meant to be held alone
Hold teams & systems
that are straining under pressure
Internalize structural challenges
as personal limitations
Try to solve
what actually needs to be understood
And without language for it...we rush.
Override. We move too quickly.
And recreate the same patterns at the next level.
What I know
Leadership begins within, and everything else is an extension of that.
What isn’t recalibrated internally will shape how you lead; your decisions, your team, your organization.
Thresholds are not problems. They are turning points where our leadership is forged.
Leadership is becoming more relational, not more individual.
My work is not about fixing or giving answers.
You already hold what's needed.
I help you
Recognize
what's actually happening and what you want
Stay with it
long enough to recalibrate and grow through it
Lead
in a way that's sustainable, relational & uniquely your own
