About me and the work

Hi, I’m Meghan. 

 

I work with leaders and teams at the point where how they’ve been leading,
and how decisions are being made, no longer works.

Most organizations don’t have a strategy problem.

They have a decision-making problem.

I’ve spent the last two decades working across climate, clean energy, and systems change - 

inside organizations, partnerships, and cross-sector initiatives where decisions carry real weight.

I’ve led programs, built systems, and worked in environments where the pressure is real and there are no clear answers.

That experience shapes how I work now, inside real decisions, with leaders and teams navigating complexity in real time.

I've seen what happens in these moments.

Capable, committed leaders finding themselves in situations where:

  • decisions feel heavier than they should
  • teams slow down or get stuck
  • responsibility gets carried by one person

And the default response is to:
move faster, push harder, or figure it out alone.

But that's where things break down.

Not because of the people,
but because of how decisions are being made.
