Each Lab can be taken individually or experienced as a progression — moving from recognition, to recalibration, to deeper leadership transformation.
These Labs extend the work explored in Edge of Change Leadership offering a space to apply what you’re noticing in real time.

A guided, immersive experience to help you move through this in real time
Three live virtual sessions + 1-week integration space
Everything is recorded, so you can join live and/or watch the replays.
Each Lab includes three live sessions where we:
- Open the space and see clearly what you’re in
- Work directly with your real-time leadership challenges
- Integrate what’s shifting through coaching and reflection
Throughout the Lab, you’ll be part of a private Signal space where the work continues between sessions.
This is where you’ll:
- reflect in real time
- respond to what’s emerging in your leadership
- stay connected to the work as it’s actually happening
This is often where the deepest shifts occur.
For some, a single Lab creates immediate clarity.
