Ways to Engage with the Work

There are different moments when a closer relationship with this work can be useful.

You may want somewhere to keep learning from the leadership and life you’re already living. You may want to stay with one particular question for a while. You may be navigating something significant and want a trusted partner alongside you. Or you may be looking for a meaningful developmental experience for your team or organization.

There isn’t one right way to participate. Start with what you’re navigating, what you want, and the kind of relationship that would be useful now.

I want to understand and trust myself more as a leader.

The Regenerative Edge Leadership Lab

Maybe you know you’re capable, but still find yourself second-guessing what you know, questioning your strengths, holding back when it’s time to contribute, or looking outside yourself for how you “should” lead.

The Leadership Lab gives you a structured way to study yourself through the leadership and life you’re already living.

Over a year, you’ll use personalized tools and lenses, reflection, practices, experimentation, monthly gatherings, and community to recognize your strengths and patterns, pay attention to what you know, try different ways of leading, and learn from what happens.

You aren’t completing a curriculum, and this isn’t a program to keep up with. It’s a place to move at your own pace, work with what’s actually happening in your leadership, and return as your experience changes.

You’re gathering evidence about yourself through lived leadership.

A place to practice. A place to return. A year to learn from yourself and build self-trust in your leadership.

There’s something specific in my leadership I want to see or handle differently.

At the Edge Leadership Experiences

Sometimes you don’t need an ongoing program or a long-term relationship. There’s one question, tension, pattern, or situation in your leadership that has your attention.

At the Edge gives us somewhere to work with it.

These short, two-part experiences are designed around a focused leadership inquiry and what happens when you take it back into your actual life and work.

Part One: See + Practice. We explore the question together, use reflection and new perspectives to help you see what may be happening differently, and choose something you want to practice or experiment with.

Then you return to your actual leadership.

Between: Live + Notice. You carry a small experiment or practice into your work and life. You notice what happens, what feels different, what gets difficult, and what becomes visible.

Part Two: Return + Learn. We come back together to learn from what happened. Not Did I do it right? but What did I notice? What did I learn? What do I want to try next?

The result isn’t simply a new idea about your leadership. You leave having seen something differently, practiced something in your actual leadership, and gathered new evidence from your own experience about what you want to try next.

New At the Edge experiences are coming this fall.

I don’t want to figure out this next part alone.

Leadership Advisory

You may be used to figuring things out for yourself. But sometimes you’re too close to what you’re navigating to see everything clearly.

Maybe you’re overwhelmed or overthinking. You’re carrying too much. Your work or responsibilities are changing. Something consequential has happened. Or you know something needs to change, but you’re not yet clear about what you want next.

Leadership Advisory gives you a trusted partner in your leadership.

I bring close attention, pattern recognition, perspective, challenge, reflection, and direct counsel to the decisions, relationships, responsibilities, and possibilities actually in front of you. There isn’t a predetermined curriculum we’re trying to move through. Your experience leads the work.

Together, we create enough space to see what you may be too close to see, get clearer about what matters now, and strengthen how you navigate what comes next.

If you're wondering whether Leadership Advisory is the right depth of support for what you're navigating, start with a complimentary Leadership Edge Audit. In 45 minutes, we'll get clear on what's changing, what this moment is asking of you, and a next step.

We want to invest meaningfully in how our people lead, learn, and work together.

Teams + Organizations

Your people are already learning through the work they’re doing together. They’re making decisions, navigating tension, collaborating across differences, carrying responsibility, adapting to change, and figuring out how to move meaningful work forward.

But leadership development is often separated from those experiences.

What if the work itself became part of the learning?

I create leadership experiences that give people an opportunity to step into an inquiry together, practice something within their actual work, and return to learn from what happened.

Depending on what your organization is looking for, that might begin with a speaking or facilitated experience, become a multi-part team experience, or develop into a longer partnership.

The aim isn’t simply to give people more leadership information. It’s to strengthen how people notice, communicate, surface different perspectives, work with tension, make decisions, steward responsibility, and learn together through the work they’re already doing.

Your experience at work is something we are willing to learn from together.

Over time, that can strengthen something larger: your organization’s capacity to learn from its own experience and evolve how people lead and work together.

If you're considering what kind of developmental experience would best serve your team, start with a complimentary Leadership Edge Audit. We'll take a structured look at what's changing, what this moment is asking of the team, and a useful next step.

At a Leadership Edge?

Sometimes you know exactly what kind of support or experience you’re looking for.

Sometimes you just know something is changing.

Your role or responsibilities may be evolving. Your team may need something different. You may be considering what’s next, carrying more than feels sustainable, or simply sensing that something in how you’re leading is ready to evolve.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before we talk.

The Leadership Edge Audit

Get clear on what’s changing, what this moment is asking of you, and a next step.

The Leadership Edge Audit is a complimentary 45-minute conversation for leaders navigating a meaningful edge in their work, leadership, or team.

We’ll take a structured look at what you’re navigating, create space to notice what your experience may already be showing you, and identify a next step.

If I think one of The Regenerative Edge™ Experiences could support what you’re navigating, I’ll tell you what I’d recommend and why. If I don’t, I’ll tell you that too.

I offer a limited number of complimentary Leadership Edge Audits each month.
